Basic Class

Join our basic karate class designed for beginners of all ages. In this class, you'll learn fundamental techniques, including stances, strikes, and blocks, all while developing discipline and focus. Self Defense Class

This class is to learn essential techniques that empower you to protect yourself in any situation. Our expert instructors focus on practical skills, discipline, and confidence-building through engaging training sessions. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this class is designed for all levels. 

Matayoshi Kobudo (Weapons)

This class will teach you the basics of the Matayoshi Weapons system. We will teach the bo staff and sai basics, katas as well as fighting drills with the weapons.
